About Logistics

After you complete the payment, we will send you an order confirmation email. We will ship the goods uniformly on Tuesday and Friday (excluding orders of the same day). After shipment, we will send you an email with the tracking number, so that you can timely check the delivery information.

The delivery time is subject to the actual distribution of the logistics, some remote areas may not be able to deliver, need to go to the local Courier site to pick up.

We will not be responsible for the delay, non-delivery or additional costs caused by the following conditions:

1. When the order is delivered to the address on the order, the recipient does not appear at the delivery address or requests to change the time and address.

2. When returning or changing goods, the handwriting is too illegible, which makes the Courier unable to recognize or send to the wrong address.

3. Force majeure, such as natural disaster or traffic curfew.

The delivery area is temporarily limited to mainland China only.

 

Return and Exchange Clause

When you received the goods have quality problems, please keep bags and tags, in the first place will photograph commodity quality problem as attachments reply COSTS in the form of mail sent to your email confirmation of the order, we will according to your reply to the query to the detailed orders and processed in a timely manner, at the same time reply please explain in words the specific situation, and want to return or exchange.

To facilitate the processing of your order, please do not send new email to us, we will not be able to return or replace the goods.

We will communicate with you about the return and replacement via email. After the final confirmation of the return and replacement, you can send the returned and replaced goods to us through express delivery. Meanwhile, the confirmation email of return and replacement will be printed out and sent together with the returned and replaced goods, so that we can verify and confirm after receiving the express.

After confirmation of return, we will return the payment to you on Tuesdays and fridays (excluding same-day return orders).

After the confirmation of replacement, we will still deliver the goods by express every Tuesday and Friday (excluding the order of replacement on the same day).

Any return or replacement express delivery without our email confirmation will be rejected.

Goods without quality problems are not refundable.

Due to improper wear, improper maintenance and quality problems caused by non - refundable.

As a result of personal subjective preference or aesthetic, the goods received requirements for return and replacement, such as the smell, size, color, version, appearance, etc., or other quality related issues are not refundable.
